With a career spanning over a decade in the legal field, Erik Del’Etoile brings a wealth of experience and a client-centered approach to estate planning. Erik earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Florida before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2009. During his time at Stetson, he was an active member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society and the Tax Law Society, deepening his knowledge of estate and trust
law. He also served as an intern for the Sixth Judicial Circuit Civil Appeals Panel, where he assisted appellate and trial judges with complex legal issues.
Prior to focusing on estate planning, Erik gained extensive experience in litigation, real estate law, and employment law. He managed legal teams, conducted hundreds of trials and mediations, and developed strategies to resolve complex legal disputes. His diverse legal background enables him to anticipate potential challenges in estate planning and craft personalized solutions that protect his clients’ interests.
As an estate planning attorney, Erik is dedicated to making the process straightforward and accessible.
