Kathryn Bosse is a dedicated estate planning and elder law attorney with over a decade of experience helping families navigate life’s transitions with clarity, confidence, and compassion. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, trust administration, Medicaid planning, and veterans’ benefits.

Before joining our firm, Kathryn served clients across Florida in both private and remote practice. She led her own firm in Melbourne and worked as a VA-accredited attorney with a statewide elder law practice. Her client-focused, detail-oriented approach ensures that each plan she creates is tailored to the unique goals and values of the families she serves.

Kathryn earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she concentrated on elder law, earned a Leadership Certificate, and was active in the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Association. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Criminal Justice.

Originally from New Hampshire, Kathryn has called Brevard County home since high school and is proud to serve the community she’s been a part of for nearly twenty years. She is an active member of the Brevard County Bar Association, the Estate Planning Council, and has served as a Guardian ad Litem.

In addition to her legal work, Kathryn is passionate about giving back through volunteerism and legal community involvement. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid runner who frequently participates in local races.

Kathryn is licensed to practice law in Florida and is accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to represent veterans in benefits and appeals matters.
