In this capacity, she leads the administrative staff, oversees financial management and budgeting, and works to align operational initiatives with the firm’s business objectives to enhance productivity and efficiency across all departments.
A key member of the management team, Isabella has been instrumental in optimizing firm-wide processes and ensuring seamless operations. Her expertise spans process improvement, project management, and team leadership. She is known for her exceptional problem-solving abilities and her capacity to drive operational efficiency and productivity. Under her leadership, the firm has advanced its capability to deliver high-quality legal services more effectively and with greater client satisfaction.
Isabella joined the firm in 2022 and earned an MBA in 2023 with a focus on strategic management and organizational development. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
