David Jacquot serves the clients of the Estate Planning & Elder Law Center of Brevard as a Senior Attorney with over 20 years’ experience concentrating in estate planning, probate, trust administration, elder law, guardianship. David is uniquely qualified as he holds degrees in both law and accounting and has successfully passed the CPA Exam in Illinois. Having both a legal and financial background provides for a multifaceted approach to bringing comprehensive solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
David’s focus is helping families proactively get their Wills, Trusts and other estate planning documents in place to ensure if the unexpected family, financial, medical issues arise, the clients will be well taken care of-without substantial delay. David also assists grieving families navigate the complicated and overwhelming issues of probate and guardianship after a loved one passes, or when a family member suffers functional limitations in decision making and needs someone to be appointed to protect them or their property.
David actively listens to clients to ensure their goals and objectives are met and sees the relief and peace of mind clients experience knowing they have their plans in place and have compassionate experienced legal counsel to guide them.
David actively served our country as an Army combat veteran in wartime during Operation Desert Storm in Southwest Asia and applies skills and discipline as a veteran and as a former Army Counterintelligence Special Agent to his role as a Senior Attorney which resonates in his work.

David loves the Florida sunshine, enjoys the beach, good books, an avid dog lover of all types (labs a favorite), and time with his family. His son is pursuing a fire fighter career, and his daughter is pursuing nursing. Stay tuned as David is constantly upping his contributions and passions.
