She explains complex legal concepts in plain English, ensuring clients fully understand their documents and feel confident in their decisions. Her approach allows clients to live their lives fully, free from worry, knowing their wishes will be honored and their futures safeguarded.
Anna spent over a decade with a high-profile elder law practice in Indiana, where she developed a well-rounded perspective on the entire elder journey. Her experience as Vice President and Trust Officer at Southeast Trust Company further informs her practice, enabling her to guide families with in-depth knowledge of trust administration and elder care. This combined experience enriches her ability to serve her clients holistically, supporting them at each stage of their lives.
Anna earned her law degree from Barry University in Orlando, specializing in Estate Planning and Elder Law. Before law school, she completed her undergraduate studies at Indiana University, Bloomington, earning a BA in Criminal Justice and Political Science—and it was there she met her husband, Scott.
Raised in rural Indiana as one of seven children, Anna grew up in a household that valued respect, friendliness, community, and hard work. Her father, a drill sergeant, and her mother, a teacher, instilled these values early on. Her close relationship with her handicapped brother fueled her passion for special needs planning, and today, she’s especially committed to helping families set up special needs trusts to protect their disabled loved ones.
Anna also has a deep respect for veterans and their families. With a father and two siblings who served, including in the Vietnam Era, Iraq, and Afghanistan, she brings a personal dedication to VA cases, working tirelessly for veterans, their families, and surviving spouses.
Her contributions to the field have earned her recognition as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2019 and inclusion in *Best Lawyers* from 2016 to 2022. Now based in Brevard County, Anna meets clients in both the Indialantic and Viera offices. She is active in professional organizations, including the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Florida State Bar’s Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section, and the Elder Law Section of the Indiana Bar.
Beyond her practice, Anna stays engaged in nonprofits dedicated to senior care. She lives in Brevard County with her husband, Scott, their son, and beloved pets. Compassionate, straightforward, and highly skilled, Anna brings a clear sense of purpose to her clients’ planning needs.
