Kory Sgrignoli, Jr., ESQKory is the founder of The Law For All, P.A., established to deliver exceptional client service and fair representation across all matters, with a particular focus on supporting small businesses and families navigating elder care needs. From the outset, our aim is to understand each client’s goals, translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance, and partner with you to achieve practical, favorable outcomes. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded its reach to serve clients throughout the State of Florida, guided by a commitment to accessibility, responsiveness, and results.

Beyond guiding the firm’s daily operations, Kory remains an active practitioner, focusing on business law, real estate, and intellectual property, with a thoughtful emphasis on elder care matters. He is known for his work ethic, integrity, and professionalism, and for helping clients feel informed and confident at every step of the legal process. Kory believes in leading by example and is dedicated to demystifying the law, providing practical knowledge that empowers clients to navigate today’s challenges and make informed decisions for tomorrow.

A Florida-licensed attorney, Kory brings substantial expertise in trademark, business, real estate and probate law. He has secured favorable outcomes in litigation against major leasing and insurance entities and frequently serves as outside general counsel for diverse businesses. In this capacity, he collaborates closely with clients to understand their objectives, anticipates potential issues, and guides strategic decision-making across all legal matters, often supervising other attorneys to ensure consistent, client-focused service. His practice also includes complex transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and he has extensive experience filing applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the U.S. Copyright Office, all with an emphasis on protecting clients’ interests and assets.

Community is at the heart of Kory’s approach. His commitment to service began during law school with NCCU’s law clinics, where he provided pro bono tax debt and estate planning assistance. The firm continues this legacy through pro bono matters and by hosting seminars that offer free legal services and information to the surrounding community, ensuring accessible legal resources for clients and neighbors alike.

Kory earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and completed his law degree at North Carolina Central University School of Law on an academic scholarship. He was a visiting student at Duke University School of Law and authored papers on Intellectual Property Law under the guidance of nationally recognized professors. Before launching his own practice, he contributed to legislative drafting on Capitol Hill, an experience that informs his practical, client-centered approach to law.

Outside of work, Kory is an avid athlete and enjoys the outdoor lifestyle available in South Florida, including biking, surfing, running, swimming, and basketball. He also practices paddleboarding and golf, and he values time with his family.
