About a year ago my husband and I realized that many years had passed since we had created our Will. A neighbor told us about Estate Panning Elder Law Center of Brevard. After listening to the presentation, we both realized we needed to have a trust. We met Cassidy Petersen at One Senior Place. After we completed the homework she gave us to do, we were ready to sign the final paperwork. It was an emotional experience and a lot of work, but it gives us peace of mind knowing that we have done the right thing.
